• Creating and providing Theme and Design Recommendations

• Ongoing access to Events Cherished for professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and phone. Between the day of the signing of this service agreement and the day of the event.

• Events Cherished will have five (5) in-person meetings with the couple. 

• Set up and attend meetings with service providers based on clients' needs: one to two (1-2) virtual meetings for each of the following categories: Lighting, Audio/Visual Techs, Tenting Company, Rental Providers.

• Events Cherished will create and adhere to a client-approved budget, and provide notification to the client if the budget is over-extended. All expenses (cars, travel, production costs, etc.) must be approved by the couple).

• Place orders for any Rental items (Chairs, Linens, Draping, Lounge Furniture, Dance Floor, Specialized China, Glassware, Flatware, Trees, Props, Tenting, Stage, Lighting, Décor items).

• Create a floor plan. Review proposals and terms of final contracts with service providers.

• Create an event production schedule. The final event production schedule should be sent to all vendors, venue staff, and catering seven (7) days prior to the event.

• Create (and revise up to two (2) times, if needed) a seating chart and floor plan. Final version to be signed by the client and turned in to all the vendors and Banquet Staff 7 days before the event day.

• Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items. *priced sep.

• Contact service providers for arrival time and communicate venue’s procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down. 

• Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors, collected from the client before the event day.

• Manage all vendors before and during the event.

• Onsite coordination and management of the entire Event day until the end of the Event.

• Cost of rentals, flowers, renderings priced once the design is complete and is not included in the design fee.
